Try enabling the “Grab the keyboard” in the Input settings inside the session (via the Menu, Ctrl-Alt-0)
When the NoMachine window has the focus, most of the keys are “grabbed” (all the keys/shortcuts that the system allows to grab) and sent to the session instead of the local system.
