I apologize if this has already been answered but I could not find it in my searches. I am working on creating a NoMachine connection from a Windows 10 Virtual Machine to a Mac OS physical. The goal is to allow our developers to be running Windows 10 and Mac OS remotely at the same time.

I was able to connect to an older Mac Machine previously and login through the main mac login. However, now the only way I have been able to connect to the Mac is by logging in as a user and then run the connection from NoMachine on the Win 10 VM. If I try to connect to the Mac while it is on the login screen, the screens just turn white and then the connection times out.

I am trying to have it setup so that the developer will open NoMachine on their Win 10, login with their own account, connect to the Mac’s login screen and login that way.

If anybody has any ideas of what to be looking for or how to troubleshoot the issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

your problems looks like the one that was solved in the last release (https://www.nomachine.com/TR10R09842). Are you using the latest package on macOS side? If yes, we would need server side logs to investigate further. If no, can you try it?

To get logs follow this link: https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00697. When gathered please send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com referencing this thread.
