Cannot connect to remote server because I need local port mapping too?

Hi there guys, I have been trying to connect to a server whose IP is DMZ – all ports should be open.

The client is behind a tethering service from wireless provider (definitely no way to open ports), and I’m looking at the connection log which seems to want to open a local UDP port ?! Isn’t the server opening ports so that clients can connect?

Are you sure that IP is correct? Can you ping DMZ device from that network at all? Please check connection from other network to exclude tethering problems.
