Hi. I have the latest NoMachine server installed on Windows 7, and try to connect from an Android 6 tablet.

The client finds in the WLAN the server machine, and when I am ask to connect via an user and password (Non SSH and non password file) it says me the login failed.

As it is found by the client I assume it is not a firewall problem.

I understand the user/password being asked for is the one of Windows PC. Could it be the problem to not have a password on my windows user?

    Thanks

    Hello Jojo,

It would be the best if you just set password for your Windows account. In case you prefer to stick to using blank password, please check this reply on the same subject:

Hi Cato. I came today to explain I set a password for the only user on the Windows machine and worked without problems. Anyway thanks for you answer, I am sure it will be helpful for me in the future, or for anyone.
