Well i just can’t connect (using mobile data)

It works only if I am connected for example by rj45 to router and on mobile by wifi, or i can use wifi on pc and mobile the same – works

How to make it work when I’m using mobile data (internet from operator)

It’s useless without it. When I’m using wifi it means I’m home so no need for application

If router, which is connected to the server host, supports UPnP commands you can connect to that machine using External IP and Port.

You can find instructions on how to find IP and Port here: https://www.nomachine.com/getting-started-with-nomachine (in the paragraph “Install NoMachine on the first computer”).

You can also try port forwarding. Configure your router manually to pass traffic to port 4000 (NX protocol). You can find more informations about how to connect to NoMachine when the server is behind a NAT router or a firewall here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR11L00827.
