    hello

I am using Linux Lubuntu 18.04 LTS as client with a Spacemouse connected and want to use it on a Windows 10 64Bit PC , its the Remote PC. Both Client and Remote PC have the latest NoMachine for Free installed.

When I connected:  there is no Spacemouse available/visible to select in the USB Menü.

I saw in a Post from 2015 for a Mac installation “Can’t share local USB devices” that nxusb.sh can be the problem but I have no idea what to change there.

If somebody knows what’s going wrong I would be glad to hear the solution.

    greetings

    Hello

I think i solved this problem partially

    1. https://www.nomachine.com/AR12J00658

I used the instruction in this link and a certain PC it is working

    2. the same on some Notebooks it does’d work

lsusb is showing that every thing is correct but i guess that the usb-controller is not correct installed ??

    Greetings

    Hi,

Do you see the local and remote devices on the USB devices forwarding tab?

Can you please attach a screen with that tab?

    hello

I found out that the connection has to be started as sudo

then the usb devices show up

I started pcmanfm as sudo , then copied the icon an the desktop

now the rights are on root .

when I start the connection with this icon everything is working.

    thank you

    greetings

    Karl-Peter
