    Hi,

I have a simple issue and I hope you guys can help me out. I run two sessions simultaneously and the caps lock doesn’t seem to switch. So, say I have session1 with caps on. I can write AAAAA. Then I switch to session2 and I write aaaa (with the caps being on).

I would like to see if there’s a way to keep that caps lock on between sessions so that I don’t have to keep toggling them. Any ideas?

    -thanks!

    Hello.

NoMachine checks the state of CapsLock and keeps it in sync for client and server. It seems that this check fails for some reason. Could you tell me more so I could try to reproduce?

    • Are the two remote sessions virtual or real remote desktops?
    • Which OS is running in client and server hosts?
    • Which NoMachine product are you using? Which version?

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. I’m logging in via ssh on real remote servers. The OS I’m on is Windows and I’m logging into Linux servers. The NoMachine version is 3.5.0-7. Hope that helps.

    -thanks

Issues concerning the 3.5.0 server version are dealt with via the traditional channels. The forums are specifically for version 4 client/server issues. If you are able to reproduce this problem connecting from a client 4 to a server 4, please open a new post. You can contact the team using the Contact Us in the footer of the website. Thanks.
