    I have 3 screens/machines, a Mac Sierra(left), Win10(centre) and Linux Mint(right)

I’ve been using Synergy Pro to share a single mouse & keyboard (works perfectly)

I’ve been playing with NoMachine Free installed on all 3 machines – everything is fine, except the mouse movements get very confused (not surprising, as there are two competing apps trying to control the mouse!)

Evidently I must get NoMachine to leave the keyboard and mouse control to Synergy and just have NoMachine handling the screens (?).

Is this possible?(and how?) – or any other ideas!

    Thanks everyone!

    Check if view-only mode helps.

Edit server.cfg to change to “0” the value of PhysicalDesktopMode. Location of server.cfg depends on the OS:

    • Linux: /usr/NX/etc
    • Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\NoMachine\etc directory
    • Mac: /Applications/NoMachine.app/Contents/Frameworks/etc

As an alternative to that, use the NoMachine tray icon on the server to access “Server preferences” then go to the “Security” tab and check “Require permission to let the remote users interact with the desktop”.
