    NoMachine version: 7.6.2_4

NoMachine Server:  Windows 10, also tried a Rocky 8.5 Linux machine. physical displays

    NoMachine Client: Windows 11

Connecting to any server from the client as a specific user (abcUser in the logs) will successfully connect then immediately disconnect. If we run NoMachine as any other user (logging in as another user or launching NoMachine with run as command) it works fine and does not immediately disconnect.

NoMachine was working fine initially on abcUser account until a NoMachine update was run. Then the above behavior started. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the version it was originally working with but now the problem seems to persist no matter which version is installed.

The logs show a crash in the Intel graphics drivers. You can check to see if there is an update for the driver and if this fixes the problem.

If not, please try disabling hardware decoding in the NoMachine Windows client configuration.
You can disable it completely in the player.cfg. Please edit the file $HOME/.nx/config/player.cfg and set the configuration key “Enable hardware accelerated decoding” to “disabled”. Before changing the configuration key, you should first quit the NoMachine Player (you can do this by right clicking on the !M icon in the system tray and selecting ‘Quit NoMachine Player’.
