I have just updated to the 4.1 series and find it awesome – double clicking a connection opens it (finally!), and no more sound forwarding message each time I log, woohoo! However I have a little glitch.

Client is Ubuntu 13.10 i686, remote server is Fedora 20 x86_64 running Xfce, with physical resolution 1440x900x75Hz. Problem is, each time I log in, the vertical frequency is changed to 60Hz, which changes desktop proportions. I have to update it again at 75Hz via the Xfce’s Display setup.

Wait! We didn’t remove that dialog :-). That dialog is absolutely essential, since if you are connecting to someone else’s machine, that someone else won’t probably want you to steal his/her audio!

Can it be that you clicked “Don’t show this message again”?

TO ALL PEOPLE WILLING TO “CONNECT WITH ONE CLICK”:

Just be sure you click on the “Don’t show this message again” check boxes you find along the way! πŸ˜‰

We are already working at the problem with refresh frequency.

    Thanks for reporting πŸ˜‰

Yes, of course I clicked on “Don’t show again” in every screen πŸ˜‰ but question is, in version 4.0 I was always asked about muting the remote desktop EVEN after checking such box πŸ˜• What do I mean? For v4.0:

    Open Nomachine Enterprise Client.
Click (once) the session you wanted to open.
    Click on Connect button.
Confirm that “Don’t show again” is already checked, however you were asked about muting remote sound.

    Now with 4.1 is:

    Open Nomachine Enterprise Client.
Double click the session I want to open.

So I went from three clicks in three differents screens to a double click in a single screen πŸ™‚ Couldn’t be much happier – I just need the free version but I’ll buy a subscription anyway to support you!!
