    Hello

When I am logged in on my iMac, I can connect from remote to NoMachine Enterprise Desktop without any problems.

But if no one is logged in (after the reboot), I can enter the login/password in NoMachine Enterprise Desktop, but nothing happens. I only see a window with white content.

Under settings/ports I have enabled ‘start services automatically on boot’.

Does anyone have any idea how it could work?

    Best regards
    Marten

    Hi Marten,

can you tell us if your Mac is M1 or Intel? Thanks!

    Hi,

Both. I have a Macbook Pro (Intel) from 2019 and an iMac (M1 chip) from 2021.

No matter if I connect from the Macbook to the iMac or the other way around it only works if I am logged in on the target computer.

If I am not logged in on the target computer, the connection including login/password seems to work, but the NoMachine window remains black or sometimes white.

Sounds like this Trouble Report here. It seems to be affecting Big Sur only.
