    Hello,

NoMachine 7.4.1 on both server and client.
    Server: Win7
    Client: Win10

    Tryed with another Win10 client,
Tryed to put NoMachine in Avast AV Exceptions
Tryed to uncheck UDP on client side

No result yet, the connection fails every 10 mn or less.

I join you both client and server logs. No nxtrace.log

Thank you. NoMachine is a great product, hope it will function.
    Best regards, S. Carrère

    Hi frpandore,

We took a look at the logs you sent us. However, in order for us to continue the investigation, we will need a complete set of logs.
Could you please send us also server-side logs from the user’s home (session logs)? The display session log files should be stored in the correspondent session directory created under the home directory of the session owner, e.g. the user’s home/.nx/node/C-displaysessionid directory.

You can follow the instructions on how to collect the session logs automatically explained in this article: https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/DT11R00182
    Thanks!

    Hi Carin,

I posted all the necessary things on the forum.
Maybe I should post it directly by mail?
English is not my language, maybe I misunderstood something.

    Let me know.
    Thanks

    Hi frpandore,

We investigated the logs you sent us, but we couldn’t find any problem related to the NoMachine software.
Can you please check the stability of your network connection? Which type of networking connection are you using? Is it a VPN?
