When I want to connect with MacOS using Windows the connection is established. After a few seconds of white screen it shows connection time out. My Windows is connected through USB Tethering and the remote machine MacOS is hosted on (Host My Apple server). I am using NoMachine version 7.0.2.11 to access the remote machine (it has also latest update version NoMachine)

I am attaching a complete log of my Windows. How to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

Your connection time out details have been removed and added as an attachment to avoid having long amounts of cfg and files content in the thread 😉

If you’re having problems attaching simple txt files or the files are big, please send direct to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Make sure you use the title of the topic as the subject of your email. Thanks!

Can you attach also the user’s home/.nx directory from the server? Here are detailed instructions, if needed.

The attachments you sent were from the client-side computer, we need them from the server-side (the machine you are connecting to).

Thanks for the logs. I can see there is a couple of issues that are fixed in NoMachine version 7, even though it’s not completely clear if they are related to the problem you are experiencing. So please upgrade also the server side to version 7 (you are using there version 6.13.1). If the problem is still reproducible, it would be great to have a new set of logs (client + server), so that we can rule out what is not related.
