Connection timeout has occurred

    Hey guys,

    I keep receiving “A connection timeout has occurred while trying to connect…” while trying to connect to Windows 10 laptop from iPhone app or from MacBook. I have already disabled McAfee firewall, so I know that’s not the issue. Attached are the logs. Any help is much appreciated 😀

    Hi willcline16,

    It looks like your log files failed to attach. Please try sending them directly to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com making sure you use the title of the topic in the subject of your email.  Can you also tell us which version of the NoMachine software you have installed?  Thanks!
