Copy/paste of image between client-server

Copy clipboard text between client and server both ways works ok. Copy a .JPG file will not. Try to copy and paste from client to server of .JPG file will paste whatever text is in the clipboard on the server. Please enlighten me how to make clipboard sharing work both ways for .jpg files.  Install is all default settings

Try using drag and drop between desktops. Copy and paste of images is not possible.
