    Hi,

we are currently testing the usecase of NoMachine for virtual Clients.
This Ubuntu client is hosted in our central Citrix Hypervisor Farm and should be connected with NoMachine from a user who works from home.

But there is a problem, that we can se the users session in the console avr screen of the hypervisor.
So we won’t spy on users work.

We already activated the option “blank screen if a user is connected” but this shouldn’t work.

    Hi,

we are currently testing NoMachine to allow users who work from home, to get connected to GUI based Ubuntu machine in our central Xen platform

So xrdp was very laggy and is totaly unusable, so we are happy about the smooth This works very smooth connection over NoMachine.

But there is a problem, that every connection over NoMachine creates a visible session in XEN AVR Console. So I can see and control the remote session from XenCenter.

I already have set the security option “blank physical screen when somebody connects”. But this has no effect.
So I want a real background session from NoMachine. How can i do this?

    Hi Andre,

One of the features of NoMachine Terminal Server family (if needed, see the comparison here: NoMachine – Comparison terminal server products ) is to be able to start a virtual session that is not attached to the display and will be not visible in XEN console.

Please check the following link to know how to proceed: NoMachine – Creating new virtual desktop sessions

Let us know if you need more help.
