    Hi to everyone.

Please, I need help with this:

I downloaded and installed the latest version of NoMachine (6.7.6-11) on Deepin 15.10 (Debian 9 stretch based).

When I try to change the server preferences, I enter my credentials correctly but keeps processing indefinitely. Also, when I try to establish a remote connection from LAN, I receive this error: “Authentication failed, try again”.

Later I tried with an older version (6.5.6-9) and I was able to establish a remote connection, but still I can’t change my server preferences. Same error than before.

    Any help appreciated!

Please verify that gksudo or zenity are installed on your system, they’re used as frontends for verifying admin credentials. If the authentication keeps failing after installing at least one of them, then send here the output of command sudo -l. If you want to keep your sudo configuration private, you can send the output of the command to the e-mail address forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
