Hi, what are the differences between the SBCS, CS, ECS editions?

Clustering, XDM support, number of simultaneous connections, … this is clear.

But I look at the option “Client redirection per-user and per-IP” and it seems that it works even when trying on SBCS and according to this page it doesn’t?

    /etc/NX/nxserver –version
NoMachine Small Business Cloud Server Evaluation – Version 8.2.3

    If this means:

    /etc/NX/nxserver –hostadd 10.84.1.3 –redirect testnode1:4000
    /etc/NX/nxserver –useredit pokuston –redirect testnode1:4000

Both options work (as does /etc/NX/nxserver –useredit pokuston –forward-connection testnode1:4000 which also works as intended).

Look, it’s related to the terminal server, but according to these pages #1, #2 and #3 Connect to hosts via RDP, VNC and XDM”), RDP and VNC connection from SBTS and WS should work, but according to a quick test it doesn’t work (transferred functional configuration from TS to SBTS). Small error on the website?

Hi, thanks for noticing and alerting us 🙂

The features tables have been corrected.

Client redirection per-user and per-IP is available in all products with the exception of the Free Edition. RDP support is not available in the Workstation and Small Business Terminal Server.
