Disconnected immediately after connection established

Forum / NoMachine for Linux / Disconnected immediately after connection established

    Appear to connect and then it immediately disconnects.  Looking for reason to know what to fix.   Client logs attached.

    Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Using free version…

    Server – RHEL – installed nomachine-5.1.26-1.x86_64 installed and service is running

    nomachine-enterprise-client_5.1.26_1 – installed on Windows 10 laptop

    Can you send those logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com? They were likely too big for the forums to attach.

    We received the Player side logs. We will need to check the server side logs (the whole /usr/NX/var/log directory is better). Please see the instructions here on how to enable and extract them, https://www.nomachine.com/DT07M00098.

    Then send them on to us as you did before.  Thanks!
