The Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection allows one to specify an RD Gateway. We use this in place of a VPN connection to allow our users to get through our firewall when connecting remotely to their Windows desktops here at work. However we have found that if they run NoMachine on that desktop to get to our Linux servers it is slow and unstable, so we suggest they connect with NoMachine directly from the remote computer to the Linux server. But then they must use Cisco AnyConnect Mobility Client to connect to our SSL VPN concentrator to get through the firewall then run NoMachine from the remote machine. Does NoMachine provide support for the use of an RD Gateway? If not are there any plans to introduce this support in the future?

    Thanks,
    Don

    Hello Don,

We don’t support RD Gateway at the moment and currently have no plan to support it in the future.

That said, you can use a proxy server instead, as we support HTTP proxy servers.
