    Hi all,

I’ve been using NoMachine to work on my office computer in Michigan when abroad. So far it’s been working great. Wherever I would be, an internet connection is all I would need to connect to my office successfully.

Right now I’m in cali for work. I have no issues connecting with the hotel wifi. But when I go to work and try to connect, it just doesn’t work. At each attempt, I checked that nobody was in Michigan using my computer.

    Has anyone encountered this before?

Please assure that ports used by NoMachine are not blocked by firewall.

    By default these ports are:

4000 in case of NX protocol

22 in case of SSH protocol and NoMachine server installed on Linux or Mac

4022 in case of SSH protocol and NoMachine server installed on Windows
