    Dear Support,

Apologies but I have another drag and drop issue but I think it is related to the installation system. On CentOS 8, I can drag and drop files from a Windows 10 machine (client) to the Linux machine (server) but not the other way around. On my old CentOS 7 system (which you had worked on before here), it still works fine both ways. Both machines are running v6.12.3.

The CentOS 8 system runs Gnome on Wayland. I’m connecting physical displays. All of the machines are running the free version.

    Kind regards,

    Tim

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Perhaps I’m getting confused with the direction of client or server but  I noticed that, while I can still send files from the remote computer/host (server?) to my PC using ‘Send a file from the client’ –> ‘To myUser’, I can’t get anything from the server. Clicking ‘Send a file from the client’ –> ‘To this computer’ or ‘Download a file from the server’ doesn’t bring up a pop-up dialogue window at the moment.

    Kind regards

It could be possibly related to this TR (https://www.nomachine.com/TR11R09917) which was recently fixed in the first version 7 software update, so please update NoMachine and report back. If it continues, please show us a screenshot(s) of what you see when clicking on the !M icon of the remote Linux computer and select ‘Download a file from the server’.
