    Good afternoon, the problem is this – there is a Linux Ubuntu machine in the Google cloud, everything is done according to your instructions, and everything works – I can connect from my phone and from my home computer (Linux Mint), but from a working machine on Windows 10, when I try to connect, the connection is spinning, without errors, what could be? With the tracert command in cmd, I was able to reach my machine. in Google Cloud in the log I also see my IP of a working machine on Windows, as if I’m connected

    Hello

    What version of Windows do you have?

    Do you have home or professional version?

    Can you connect with NoMachine to the computer on the LAN from this Windows?

    Is the Windows computer in a different location than the Mint computer?
