Error 60, no local display Mac 10.12.5

To whom it may concern,

 

I am using NoMachine 5.3.9 with mac sierra 10.12.5 trying to connect to windows 10.

I have been using NoMachine for a while but recently, I have been running into two issues consistently.

1)Connection Time Out Error 60

2)when I am able to connect, there are no available sessions on this server ” The server was unable to make the local display available or access to the local display is disabled.”

I tried to access the log files as per server debugging, but found the server.cfg locked on my mac and when I tried to change permissions still found that I could not change the file.

Wondering if this is known issue with sierra or if there is anything I should be doing.

Hello,
the server.cfg on OSX, which in your case is the client side, is not related to the issue which seems to happen on your Windows 10 – server side.

Please check the firewall, and network between those two hosts, and if everything is OK, then please
enable debug, collect logs on windows, and send to us. Please follow instructions from:
