Error “cannot create the home directory for the nx user”

Hello,

I successfully installed free NoMachine (v 7.10.2.8) on a computer (Windows 10 Enterprise, admin rights). When I tried to install the program on a second computer (Windows 10 Enterprise, admin rights), I am getting this error message: “Cannot create the home directory for the nx user”.  Both computers are on the same network. Both computers require users to use the same credentials to login. The only difference is that the sync center is turned off for computer 2 (and it needs to stay off). Installation and connection between computers with sync center on work like a charm.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

I have attached the Setup Log file if it is useful
