Error is 138: Connection timed out

I’ve just installed NoMachine 5.0.43 on two Windows 10 machines (A and B) on my local network. I can connect from A to B but not from B to A. Any ideas? Here’s the session log:

This seems to be a firewall issue. Please check your firewall settings and allow connections for NoMachine’s Network Service nxd, which listens by default on port 4000 (more about ports here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR01L00770).

I turned off the firewall on both machines but still no luck.
