    Hi,

I installed NoMachine on Linux desktop (Ubuntu 20.04.1, 64-bit). Try to connect to the system from Mac. I got “Error is 54: Connection reset by peer”. If I try to connect to the same machine from Windows 10, I got “Error is 108: Connection reset by peer”.

I see notifications on the Linux machine about a new connection but they disappear mostly immediately.

NoMachine version: 6.12.3 (free) on both client (Mac, win10) and server (Ubuntu 20.04.1 LST, x64)

    Linux desktop has GNOME 3.36.3

    Hi,

please follow instructions in https://www.nomachine.com/AR09L00810 to get a backtrace from the core file. Also server side logs (https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00697) could be useful. You can send everything to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com referencing this thread.

It looks like you need to update instructions. I don’t know what can be wrong with *.log files but I renamed to nodeBacktrace.txt
