Error: No available sessions on this server

I installed the latest version on my laptop with windows 7 64Bit but I don’t see the icon in the system tray and when I try to connect to the laptop from a different computer It says that there are “No available sessions on this server”. Attached are the log files. Thanks for the help.

Yes and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same problem.

We need to see logs because we are unable to reproduce it. It could be due to a strange character in the user name.

Steps:

1) enable logs according to the instructions here https://www.nomachine.com/DT07M00098
2) restart the server
3) also try to connect
4) gather the logs and submit to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com
