Error starting graphical program through NX

I am experiencing a problem when attempting to open a graphical window when starting Amrvis on LBL’s Cori System. When attempting to run the program in a standard terminal window using ssh -XY, the program works fine. There is only a problem when I attempt to start the problem through NX. The error message I receive is:

X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)

Major opcode of failed request: 1 (X_CreateWindow)

Serial number of failed request: 140

Current serial number in output stream: 166

Amrvis is a data visualization program available through Git at “https://ccse.lbl.gov/Downloads/index.html” that requires the AMReX code base to build and run (available at the same address).

Local client: Mac client Version 5.3.9

Server version: 5.2.21 Linux
