    Hi

    Client takes 5 minutes to open a server session. I have many clients, one client takes 5 minutes to open a server session. Others take only less than 1 minutes.

    I have reinstalled the client totally fresh with 19.10, update the BIOS. My client machine has 24 GB RAM. It is powerful. But still takes 5 minutes.

    Hi, please confirm what version of NoMachine you have installed on the connecting client and also what NoMachine product and version is on the server side. You mention 19.10, so I’m assuming the distro is Ubuntu. Thanks!
