    W10/64 v6.7.6 on client and host

    About once an hour I get a frozen remote window. Disconnecting and reconnecting solves the freeze.

    Hi Juerg,

    this problem is unknown. As a first try, please open Server preferences -> Performance tab on your host machine, and unselect ‘Use acceleration for display processing’.

    Thanks, did that and also disabled powering off of the network connection in the host. Still freezing.

    Please send us logs from the host machine as explained in https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00697.

    And client side logs as explained in https://www.nomachine.com/DT10O00163#2.3.

    You can also send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

    The logs that you sent us were empty. Please make sure that you follow the instructions for extracting logs from the server side and those from the client side. On the client side make sure you tick the box “Don’t delete log files on exit” or, if possible, extract them whilst the session is open and you are reproducing the problem.

    I suggest you update to the latest version and then try and reproduce the problem again. If it occurs, open a new topic and submit the information that we requested above.
