    Hello,

Last night I have noticed high cpu usage 100% from the nxplayer. Both the client and the server is debian. On the server I using Chrome and some webapps with heavy client side workload (js) which works that machine hard (thats why that server has 64GB ram and  8cpus).

Can this translate any way to the client? I thought the client is just a dumb display device just in the case of RDP or VNC or isn’t it?

What can cause heavy CPU usage on the client?

    Thanks

Can you try disabling client-side image post-processing. Start a connection, open the menu Ctrl-Alt-0 -> Display settings -> Modify -> tick the box ‘Disable client-side image post-processing’.

From the above guide “This is useful if the client-side device has low processing power, or too much CPU is being used to decode, disabling this can help.”
