How should I upgrade my server to 7.7.4.  I have no physical access to the server so I am trying to run the dpkg command on the command line:

    lhorner@lhorner-wsl2:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i nomachine_7.7.4_1_amd64.deb

(Reading database … 263533 files and directories currently installed.)

    Preparing to unpack NoMachine_7.7.4_1_amd64.deb …

NoMachine Workstation Subscription is installed on this machine

Two different NoMachine packages can’t be installed at the same time on the same host.

Be sure you uninstall NoMachine Workstation Subscription before installing a different NoMachine product.

dpkg: error processing archive nomachine_7.7.4_1_amd64.deb (–install):

new NoMachine package pre-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

    Errors were encountered while processing:

    NoMachine_7.7.4_1_amd64.deb

    Hi 🙂
It looks like you had previously installed a Workstation and now you’re trying to install NoMachine free version.
If this is the case, nomachine-workstation_7.7.4_1_amd64.deb is the package you need to install (https://www.nomachine.com/download/download&id=26).
