    Hello

I’m using NoMachine client and Windows, and the host screen stretches when I try to resize the client.

I tried dragging the window while pressing control as suggested on this page: https://www.nomachine.com/changing-how-you-view-the-remote-host

But it had no effect. How do I keep the aspect ratio in fit to window mode?

I tried and feature worked correctly for me. Can you tell me what is the OS and NoMachine version you are using on client and server side.

Additionally please can you make sure that when you are using the mentioned feature that “Scale to window” is enabled in player as shown on the screenshot.

I have Windows 10 clients and Mac and Windows 10 servers. I confirmed that scale to window is enabled.

On one computer ctrl dragging is simply ignored and just behaves as regular resizing, never seen it working until now.

On another computer ctrl dragging works but unreliably, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, especially when you maximize then exit ctrl dragging stops working, then after about ten tries it starts working again.

All my computers are running version 7.4.1.

I reproduced similar problem when doing the following:

    1. Player maximize
    2. Drag taskbar to get out of maximize mode
    3. Use Ctrl to resize

I did not reproduce it when using the button to exit maximize mode, Can you confirm it is same for you.

    Thank you for your response.

Yes, I am observing the same behavior, dragging the title bar to get out of maximize mode is breaking ctrl resize.
