When sharing NoMachine sessions with another user, which is really useful, the screen resolution for the owner of the session changes to the resolution that the connecting other user has in his/her settings. You might get scroller gadgets, for instance.

This is really annoying since a visitor should not change the view of the owner. And when the user disconnects, the settings are still wrong and left as is.

Is there a way to force the owner of the session, not to get the resolution to change when another user connects? This happens even if the resolution is set to a fixed value for x any y.

I use NoMachine 6.12.3 Enterprise Client on Windows.

    Best regards,

    Fredrik

Possibly you can edit following key and set it to PhysicalDesktopMode 1 in the server.cfg.

    # 1: Restricted. User connected to the physical desktop can
    # interact with the desktop except for resize operations.
