I have NoMachine Server running on a new iMac Pro with 3 monitors running Mojave.  Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB Graphics Card.  I am connecting through a VPN.  I am testing with a MacBook Pro client and a Windows 10 client. I have given the computer all necessary permissions when installing.

I am running the newest free version of NoMachine on Mojave and Windows 10.

When I log in, the iMac Pro (server) gives me a green screen.  If i try to resize the window, it goes black for a moment and i can see that the mouse actually briefly moves on the server/host.  But then it goes green again.

I can also see that the server in the taskbar (upper right) is appearing and disappearing, on and off, continuously until I disconnect.  The icon disappears, then comes back, over and over.

I tested connecting to the MacBook Pro from the iMac Pro (the opposite connection) just to see if it’s a VPN issue.  I can connect fine.  It’s only when I connect to the iMac Pro.

After testing more and searching the forum, I believe my issue is the same as mentioned in these posts (in particular the first one):

    https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/multi-monitors-blank-when-connected-and-server-keeps-restarting

    https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/blank-screen-when-connecting-to-big-4k-desktop

It appears that this maybe still an issue?  Since the iMac Pro screens are 5K, this may not be resolvable?

If you haven’t already done so, I’d update to the latest 6.11. There is a fix for this problem which was affecting Windows clients

Green screen when connecting by NoMachine client for Windows v. 6.10.12 to high resolution monitors

Then let us know if you’re still having problems.
