    Hello,

I am on a MacBook Pro 2020 with Parallels installed (a VM to run Windows on M1 Mac computers). So inside of Windows 11 on the virtual machine, I install the Windows version of NoMachine, most recent build. However, when it installs on Windows 11 I get the following errors during install:

“Installation of the NoMachine Audio Adaptor has failed with error code -2146762480”

    “Printers: The Arguments are Invalid”

“Installation of the NoMachine Printer Adaptor has failed with error code: 87”

“Installation of the NoMachine VPN Adaptor has failed with error code: -536870333”

“Installation of the NoMachine USB Adaptor has failed with error code: -1”

Then I can run NoMachine on Windowss 11 but of course it does not detect my USB devices. One of the main reasons that I am running NoMachine on the Windows 11 VM is because I need my USB Xbox controller to work with NoMachine, and the controller does not work on the MacOS 12.

How can I get NoMachine to install properly on the Windows 11 VM?

    Thanks,

    Dan

Hi, Parallels running on M1 can virtualize only for Windows ARM. More information about this is on the Parallels website:
    https://kb.parallels.com/125375

You’ve installed NoMachine for Windows which runs on Intel and can be installed and run on ARM architecture, but without the drivers.

See our official response about offering a Windows ARM package here:
