    Hi everyone,

    Thanks in advance.

    I have confirmed all pre-requisites to NoMachine installation on a Red Hat Enterprise 7.
    but gotten ERRORs all over the place from the install.   Please see log below.

    and when doing rpm verifying on the package I get.

        `        $ rpm -V nomachine-enterprise-terminal-server_7.6.2_1_i686.rpm

     package nomachine-enterprise-terminal-server_7.6.2_1_i686.rpm is not installed`

    I did not get a license yet because I need to test before Management decides to pay.

    Netstat shows no listening on on ports, 4000, 4080, or 4443.

    Could not get service name to check its status.

    $ sudo systemctl status nomachine

     Unit nomachine.service could not be found.

    Any advice, please?

    Many thanks in advance

    Got it.  Have the wrong package 32 instead of 64.

    Downloaded x86_64 package and installed.

    New issue.

    NX> 618 ERROR: The evaluation period on this server has expired.

    NX> 618 ERROR: Please contact NoMachine to acquire a valid license.

    Could not have even tested and “evaluation period on this server has expired.”

    Any clue?

    I am contacting NoMachine.

    Many thanks

    Hi Marcelo,

    It looks like as you were evaluating NoMachine before, when you did the new install, the software took expired license already present in the /usr/NX/etc folder.

    We suggest you do a new clean install:
    – Remove currently installed NoMachine product
    – Remove /usr/NX/ folder
    – Install NoMachine product you need.

    You can also contact the NoMachine sales team here: https://www.nomachine.com/contact-request.
