Hello! I’m using NoMachine to login to MacOS from Windows via hostmyapple. I need to connect my iPhone with USB to test some apps but I have some problems with this process.

Firstly, NoMachine saw my local devices but I had an error when i tried to connect my iPhone to remote server. After this I found a topic on this forum and completed all steps from this -> https://kb.nomachine.com/AR01P00962

After this NoMachine doesn’t see any local devices at all..
What should I do? Would appreciate any advice/help, thanks!

    NoMachine 8.1.2. x64 free

    MacOS Monterey 12.6
(Also i had some “error” when did steps from that topic, something like “it won’t work cuz NoMachine drivers or something are too old”. Not sure it is related but there are no “Allow” button anymore in security Mac thread)

    Hi,

I would highly appretiate it if you could perform further steps to help me understand what could be the issue.

    1. From within the NoMachine session -> Devices -> Connect USB Devices panel and send a screenshot.

    2. Open the terminal on macOS and send the output of the following command:

sudo launchctl list | grepĀ  nxusbd

    3. Try to forward a simple USB device, like a USB flash drive, and check if it works.

    4. Check the ping time to the remote machine. If it exceeds 30ms, USB forwarding might not work.

    Thanks!
