After updating to Ubuntu 18.04 I am facing keyboard and mouse issue while connecting to server.
I am able to connect but keyboard and mouse not responding.
What version of NoMachine have you installed on the client?
What version of NoMachine have you installed on the server-side?
Is the Ubuntu headless?
What are the steps to reproduce the strange behaviour?
Logs were requested in a similar topic (https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/no-mouse-clicks-or-keyboard-input-headless-ubuntu-20-04). Follow the links and instructions there.
Logs received July 7th. Environment details both client (Ubuntu 18.06) and server (Ubuntu 16.04).
But didn’t show enough information. Debug should be enabled on both client and server sides, please see instructions on how to do this. Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com like last time.
