Sometimes when I want to connect to my mac using NoMachine, it is not present in the client list.  When I walk over to it and hit any key to wake it up from sleep, it then appears in the client list.  Also, when I have an open connection to the client and I walk over to the client and use it for a while, the connection to the machine from where I launched the connection (server–also a mac), will go up and down on its own.  It drops and then reconnects at a random time later and then drops again.  I think the root of all of these problems is that NoMachine is shutting down when the mac sleeps.  I had never experienced this before when using older versions of NoMachine and macOS, but now that I have upgraded my macOS and upgraded my version of NoMachine and now I have these sleep-related connectivity issues.  Does anyone know how to fix these problems?  Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi,

If the Mac is sleeping, then it’s normal that NoMachine is not broadcasting itself on mDNS. Can you tell us what macOS version you are using now? Are you now using 8.3?
