However, I want to move the app from Applications folder using Shift key and drag app to e.g. private/var folder so that it resides there instead. But when I do this, NoMachine stops working. I can no longer get a connection to the NoMachine server. So I tried to move the app back using Shift key and drag app to Applications folder, but even after a restart it is still no longer working (cannot start the NoMachine server). To get NoMachine operational again, I must uninstall it then reinstall, but there it will rest in the Applications folder (which I do not want). How can the NoMachine app be successfully moved to a different folder and it will continue to function? Is there a setting or configuration that must be changed elsewhere for this?
