Mouse & keyboard not working on Linux mint server

    – Guest Machine: Linuxmint Mate 19.3 (physical LAN machine)
    – Host Machines: Linuxmint Mate 19.3 (virtual guest machine) / Linuxmint 19.3 Cinnamon (physical machine)
    – NoMachine v6.9.2 Linux

    When connected to the Linuxmint Mate Host, mouse and keyboard works fine.
    When connected to the Linuxmint Cinnamon Host, mouse and keyboard does not work.

    How can I troubleshoot the issue?

    I’m using NX protocol with ssh keys.
