Can you describe more your problem? Do you have access to the host via NoMachine? Maybe you don’t have password on a new created user? Remote login to Windows with empty password is forbidden by Windows policies:

This win10 computer was already operational with NoMachine. I had the login I created. To summarize my experience; I created a new user on win10 and restarted the computer. When I got back from the boot, I did not have access anymore. By that time, windows was finishing creating the desktop and the user’s new folders. I used TeamViewer to delete the user and recreate a new one after a reboot. Once the new user in place, I did not have any problem with NoMachine, it works as expected.
