    Hi,

i have exactly the same problem as described here:

    https://www.nomachine.com/forums/topic/no-qwerty-keyboard

The local machine is a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 with Android 5.0.2 and Samsung keyboard, NoMachine 5.0.63 (20.01.2016).

The remote machine is Windows 7 SP1 x64 with NoMachine 5.1.26_1.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Hypercube.
The keyboard opens when you’re logging to the NoMachine server (to input credentials, for example), but doesn’t open once you connect to the remote desktop?
Do you’ve other devices attached to the tablet, via bluetooth or USB On-The-Go?
    Thanks.

    Hi Tor,

Today, the keyboard worked for a couple of times on the tablet. But now, i unfortunately have the problem again. I didn’t change anything.

Please have a look at the attached screenshots of Windows 7 and Linux Mint 18 MATE.

    Thanks!

Indeed, the tablet was paired with “Samsung Level Box” bluetooth-loudspeakers. This causes the mistake. If i turn off the speakers, the keyboard works.

    Thank you!

Thank you for confirming the problem.
We’ve opened a new Trouble Report to document it, you can subscribe to be informed when we’ll release a fix:

The virtual keyboard does not appear when the tablet is connected to some external devices
