    Hello folks,

we recently had an electricity shutdown (not planned),

having said that we have 3 nodes system

and one is failing to list users or even accept users:

    # /etc/NX/nxserver –list

    NX> 127 Available sessions:

Display Username Remote IP Session ID Node

    ——- ——– ——— ———- —-

    #

now if I do: nxserver –list | grep node1

    it won’t display anything.

    I already did once:

    nxserver –restart

    and nxserver –restart nxd

    it didnt really do much

what can I do ? please advise

    br,

    Gau

Is it possible that with the outage some hardware damage has occurred? It’s hard to say what is wrong without checking the logs for error messages from the server side and affected node. What you pasted is not enough information. Follow this link for instructions https://www.nomachine.com/DT10O00163#1 and submit them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. With three nodes (in loadbalancing via Enterprise Terminal Server?) is it possible you have a support subscription? In that case, you should open a support enquiry with all the details.

Actually I’ve managed to make it work

I’ve disabled the two other nodes and now the 3rd is getting connections

I’m still having issues of extreme slowness

nxserver --list, takes ages to make and it used to be pretty okay

maybe there is something I can check without starting a new inquiry?

    This needs further investigation.

why you would need to do that in order to guarantee connections on node 3 also need investigation.

This is really something for the support team.
