    # Computer OS version

    – Computer 1: windows 11

    – Computer 2: Windows 10

    – Computer 3: Ubuntu 18.04

    – Computer 4: Macbook M1 Pro running macOS 12.6

    # Software version

    – On all computers: both client and server are 8.1.2

    # Symptom:

Was able to connect from Ubuntu/Windows client to macOS server, but only blank desktop and menu bar is shown.

I can see the remote mouse pointer moving from the client side, but no application window is displayed.

    # What has been tried

    – Windows and Ubuntu: both client and server work well (Windows10/11<->Ubuntu work in both directions)

    – Neither Windows 10/11 nor Ubuntu client (8.1.2) works with the macOS NoMachine server (8.1.2) running on Macbook (M1 pro 14 inch)

Seems like a permissions issue on the Mac machine.  This TR was fixed in the 8.1.2 release, but it requires that you set the accessibility permissions correctly, after which it will no longer be necessary.

Cannot connect to physical desktop on macOS after a system update
