    I am trying to install the latest client on windows machine which previously had the older client. During install it detects some nxservices running and then freezes and does not move forward. I have tried killing all nx process from task manager but it is still getting stuck. Any advice?

    Dear bhupiss,

    Could you answer on below questions:

    – Which type of Windows do you use (Win8,Win7,…, x32/x64)?

    – Which version of NoMachine you installed before the update?

    – Which version of NoMachine did you use to do the update?

    – Do you have on the machine alone NoMachine Client or also
    NoMachine Server?

    I am having the same issue, and am seeing the same error across multiple systems.

    -Windows 7 64-Bit

    -Some have 3.5, some have 4.3 and some have none at all

    -This only occurs when we use the 4.5 installer

    -Have had it happen on machines with only Client and with Server
