    Hi,

I would appreciate some help regarding an issue on my NoMachine installation. Installing NoMachine on my Manjaro Linux OS and remotely connecting from my laptop has completely disabled audio on my Linux machine. I can see PulseAudio picking up and supposedly outputting audio to my speakers but no matter what steps taken I cannot get audio to come out again. Disabling audio streaming does not change anything, neither does closing the NoMachine application on my Linux machine. I haven’t been able to find the source of the problem in any troubleshooting steps so far. I can still hear captured audio when remoting in from my laptop which suggests some NoMachine process is capturing my audio even when I kill the application. I went so far as to uninstall NoMachine but I still get out no output on any audio device. When I reinstalled NoMachine I could immediately get audio out on my laptop when I connected again.

Manjaro Linux 21.3.0 running I3 with PulseAudio

NoMachine installed from the AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nomachine

Hi, we have attempted several times to reproduce a similar behaviour on our latest release (v8.1.2), but without success. Can you send us the logs from the Linux server?

Please follow the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243
and submit them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the topic title as the subject of your email.

    Thanks.
