    Hello All, so I have been using NoMachine for a few years now and this is the first time I’ve run into this kind of issue. Currently I have a Windows 10 pro machine that is running a NoMachine server, but when I connect to it from a Windows client the mouse and display is lagging by ~3 seconds. When connecting from a Linux client I do not experience this same amount of lag. I have tested this from both a Linux VM running inside the host and a Linux client on a remote network. I also tested on both a remote Windows client and a local windows client running on the same LAN and see the issue anytime a Windows client is used. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue or have any ideas on what I can try. I can confirm that if I disable all the client side display processing options and lower the display quality I know longer have the lag, but would expect to have similar performance as the Linux clients which I do not need to disable these options for.

     

    Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Just to further clarify, setup is below all using Free edition:

    Windows Host is running Windows 10 Pro Build 1703 with NoMachine 5.2.21

    Windows Client is Both Windows 10 Home (not sure of build at the moment) and Windows 7 running NoMachine 5.2.21

    Linux Client’s areĀ Ubuntu 16.04.2 with NoMachine 5.2.21 running xfce4

    Hello zinv,

    please try to switch on/off UDP transport in the advanced settings of a saved session and tell us if something changed.

     

    Please follow these instructions to gather server and client log data of a troublesome case, then send them to forum (at) nomachine (dot) com for further analysis.
